September 19th, 11:00, Room B

Borders & Territories Graduation Studio

Lecture Series #1

The Chair of Borders & Territories is happy to welcome the Belgian architect, artist and urbanist Luc Deleu for the first lecture in this year’s series, organised as part of the MSc3/4 Graduation Studio. In his lecture, "Orbanism - The Conceptual Work of T.O.P Office“ Luc Deleu will give an insight into his practice, its work and methodologies.

The lecture will be held on Tuesday, 19th of September at 11:00 in Room B at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at the TU Delft.

Luc Deleu’s view on architecture as a form of visual, sculptural, and political thinking concerning the relationship between public and private space is reflected in the work of his practice ‘T.O.P. office’. Questioning architecture and urban design and their role in society, Deleu, along with his colleagues continues generating visionary ideas, responding inventively to various ecological, economic, cultural, social, geographic and administrative-political realities and future conditions.
